I know it doesn't seem like it according to my profile, but I've been here on TI since about last December, and have noticed over so long, that almost all people on here hate Stabetha, even myself for a while. The question that always struck me though, was why?

I believe that people don't like Stabetha, one, similar to the reason some people don't like Hamcake. People just can't handle constructive critisism, and need to grow a pair and learn to respect ideas coming from people who have been in their situation. You can't expect to always have a buttery answer every time, sometimes you just hear what you need to hear, even if it isn't what you want to hear.

Another reason, I think is because of his servers (ofc). So much hatred goes into how WoD is not a twink server, and how it doesn't deserve a place on here. Well, according to Hamcake's Blog, WoD isn't a twink server, but honestly here... what makes up a 19 twink server? Level 19s, in the Best gear you can get, PvPing, and (ever since XP-off) some PvEing as well. Is that not what is going on with Stabetha's server, or what was going on? It may have not been even close to retail, but technically it meets the properties of a twink server.

Some poeple will just think, "That's not why though, it's because all he cared about was making money and brining in more players." Well, I've come to realize something... who cares if he's trying to make money, it's his server, if people want to pay for things on it I say it's not Stabetha's fault but their fault. I mean honestly here... if someone wants to buy something then let 'em buy it.

Who wouldn't want more players for their server? That's what he's trying to achieve, and yea he's feeding you guys pretty tough words and giving out super strict rules and shit... but why?

Some leaders must choose to be feared rather then loved, if he didn't do this, he probably wouldn't be as successful on his servers as he is today. I just think some people should take that into account the next time he feeds you some non-sugar-coated advice, that he is only telling you to help you...

Has anyone else tried/had any luck getting into the game? Past two days, I've been in a mess of trying to just download the client. Every day I progress a little further, then get stuck up on some other downloading error.

Word on the street though is that SE has made a huge mistake releasing this game early. Apparently it's still got a LOT of problems with it. Very buggy, very clunky, etc. Game world and graphics certainly look great though at least.

I still wanted to at least try it out, but that may just not be possible.
